The Other Page Endorsement
U.S. Senate, Maryland: Ray Bly
Think globo, act loco. That's been a popular activist mantra for at least three decades. On March 2, voters in Maryland will have a chance to do more than slap that phrase on the bumpers of their girlfriends. We hope that voters will elect local leaders with a vision uncorrected by prescription glasses. We are tired of the arrogance of elected officials, like Barbara "Bulldog" Mikulski, who have holier than thou attitudes that offend most people. In short, Maryland residents deserve someone who knows we've got the whole fish in our hands.
Ray Bly: Vietnam vet with street smarts and common sense. He's blue collar, that's him.
The Other Page endorses Ray Bly, war hero and owner of
Ray's Used Appliances off Rt. 175 in Jessup, for the U.S. Senate race in Maryland. He has been known to tell customers with a broken machine 5 days after their guarantee ran out that there is no charge from him to fix it. Many times he has charged only $5 to $10 for a part a month or two after the warranty ended. He cares about his customers having a good quality machine that will last them a long time. We need a man like Ray Bly to get America working again. He'd be pretty good on an Appropiations Committee too.
Highlights from his platform include:
No more property taxes
Make criminals pay for gun use and let citizens have guns
Bring back GOD
Stop drugging our kids
Stop trade with countries that have no human rights or EPA
Bring home troops
His message is one of love and refurbished air conditioners. He has courted more than the NASCAR Granddad Vote. Among his supporters, he can count firemen in Ocean City, surface miners in Southern Maryland, and most of the Highlandtown section of Baltimore. The Other Page is confident in its decision to join that group and say, "Vote Ray" on March 2nd.
