 DregsList: WRITERS WANTED People, we beseech you, send us short-short-short stories (see entries here and here) to help us start our lit site, which we will cultivate like it is a windowsill herb garden. Then, when The Other Page gets an anthology published with Princeton Architectural Press (those hot up-and-comers who are not really an architecture press but are masquerading as one, it being the cachet that sort of thing brings), we will have a party on a roof in Tribeca where the stories will be projected onto prosceniums held by circus stilt-walkers who we've hired form the Czech Republic where stilt-walkers are royalty and have their own secret society. Then TOP will admit to the world that we are illiterate but good-intentioned (twin Barnum's for the lit set), and the world will smile on us -- all of us -- as only it can, and sweep us up in its collective arms to rub our belly as we belch cash and coo-coo into models' ears. Apply today. We'd especially love to hear from dune buggy enthusiasts or anyone who has shot one of those net-trap guns from a low-flying helicopter.
